I definitely like the hues used. It looks like the old renaissance Japanese artwork with a new-age spin. The use of color and highlights, everything stands out nicely, without being overbearing. I get a comfy feeling when I look at this.

The anatomy is top-notch and scaling is right on. (the size of the tiger opposed to the woman). The differing linework techniques between the tiger and the woman is also a nice touch. It shows that you a variety of skill with linework and giving texture where it's needed.

It does seem like the tiger is stronger in color than the woman. But I'm also thinking maybe that was intended for having a more subdued focus on the woman when the viewer is working their way around the piece. And if so, that's a great idea.

And I've just now noticed that you say your not finished. But, through the eyes of someone who really looks for details, I think it's pretty much finished. The water is perfect and the tiger and girl are spot on. Do you mean by shading that you're not finished?

Thanks for the Faves on my book. Looking around here I can't fathom what you like so much about my simple little story, but thanks!
I don't think there's much in your gallery that falls short of stunning.
